50% deposit required to reserve your date. (non-refundable within 60 days of your event.)
Balance due seven days before your event.
$250 damage deposit/cleaning fee paid in cash 48 hours before your event. Either clean (leaving the space exactly as you found it and removing all trash) or leave the fee with our staff and end your celebration on a relaxing note
Our Studio Loft is the perfect venue for almost any type of gathering. Lots of light during the day, lots of space anytime, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Depending on your set-up, the main room is comfortable for up to 50 – 70 people.
Our smaller (400 square foot) upstairs room is great for smaller meetings, classes and rehearsals.
Celebrations of any kind will be loads of fun and wow your guests in a convenient location right on the Yonkers Waterfront.
Team-building events, meetings or other corporate occasions fit perfectly in our space – and wherever your team members travel from, the Yonkers Metro North station is right across the street!

We have reasonable rates for basic room rental, catering and activities, but the sky’s the limit on what we CAN do if it fits your budget and will give your family the event of your dreams.
Some facts:
Small room rental has limited availability and is available only for groups of 20 or less, and not for activities including small children. Pricing is based on dates, number of hours, number of people etc. Please inquire.
Small room is NOT a part of larger rentals of the main room.
Stove, oven & cabinets are not included in rental. Refrigerator may be used for minimal storage day of event and counters can be used for serving.
Basic party rental – just the space $150/hour – 3 hrs minimum Includes: 6 – 6ft tables & 40 chairs. Does not include any food, beverages, paper products. Set up and clean up time is included in your rental time. A $250 refundable damage/cleaning deposit is required.
Simple food and beverage packages start at $15-20 per person.
