Registration and Payment Policy 

One day events & popups

One day events & pop-ups must be paid in full at the time of registration. Payments are non-refundable starting 48 hours before the start of the event or class. 

Other classes and programs

Space can be held in any class with a non-refundable $50 deposit and a registration form. Balance is due in full no later than the 2nd week of class*. If payment in full has already been made, withdrawal before the 2nd class entitles you to refund less the $50 deposit which covers processing costs. Once the 2nd class takes place, no refund will be issued, nor will you be released from the obligation of your payment plan. 

New students will continue to be accepted at the teacher’s discretion. We do not prorate the cost of classes, however, in certain circumstances, drop-in rates may be available.

**Thespian Arts Program has a mission to bring arts education to all who want it. Our aim is to enrich, empower and encourage ALL youth to express themselves creatively and emotionally, have the skills and confidence to reach ANY goals, and to feel safe and heard as a part of a strong ensemble formed with mutual respect. Because of this, we will do everything in our power not to turn away any student of any skill level regardless of ability to pay. Please speak to us about full or partial scholarships, OR about donating to our scholarship fund.
